About Us

Bulifant Properties, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that was established in 2003 by Henry Bulifant, along with his wife and two sons.  Since its establishment, it has been involved in complete restoration and renovation of both residential and commercial properties in southside Richmond.  We provide qualified tenants with safe and affordable rental properties, which include houses, apartments, and commercial buildings.  Furthermore, we also provide additional housing for those being rehabilitated under programs provided by The Next Step and other associations.  All new tenants must fill out a rental application and are given a credit check.  Illegal drug usage or distribution is not tolerated on our properties and could be means for eviction.  We take great pride in our efforts to help clean up our Richmond community, as well as make it a safer place to live.  Further information about our company as well as more up to date information on vacant properties, can be found by calling our office or emailing the address below.
