We Will Accomplish This By: 1. Remembering that we are here because of our customers. We will try to make each customer a repeat customer. 2. Remembering if we don't take care of our customers, someone else will. 3. Remembering that it is less expensive, many times, to please an upset customer than it is to get a new one. 4. Remembering that we are to prompt and punctual for appointments with our customers. If we are to be late, we call before hand to let them know. 5. Remembering our customer's time is as valuable to them as our time is to us. Do not make our customers wait unnecessarily. Keep them informed and communicate with them.

Remembering that our job is to plan our work and then work out plan. It is
imperative that the customer's job be delivered as planned in
order to have a satisfied customer. 8. Remembering that planning includes allowing time for things to go wrong. 9. Remembering that there are busy times and slow times in business, and that we must not let these conditions affect out attitudes towards our customers. 10. Remembering that there are some jobs we don't want to do and some people that we cannot please. 11. Remembering that when scheduling, it is always better to use our employees on jobs where our customers have direct contact and use subs on jobs where our customers are absent. 12.
