Permacrete

Is Your POOL DECK, PATIO, SIDEWALK, or DRIVEWAY

Oil Stained, Mildewed or Cracked?

In today's world the expensive maintenance and repair of concrete (and other masonry surfaces) is one few people can afford.  HOWEVER, fortunately a new method of restoring masonry has been developed that allows you to have your floor or wall surfaces restored to a "LIKE NEW" condition at a fraction of the cost.  This new product is called Perma*crete and not only can you restore surfaces to their original condition, but you can also have it applied in virtually ANY COLOR (from a selection of over 30 different standard solid and mixed colors, and over 100 "custom order" colors).  Furthermore, you have the choice to have it applied in SMOOTH OR PATTERNED finishes and the optional choice to use one of more than 20 decorative concrete stencils that gives the permacrete an elaborate stone or brick look.  And did we mention it provides a surface with TWICE THE STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY OF CONCRETE?

So you may ask, what exactly is Permacrete?

Permacrete is a three part, acrylic polymer cementatious system with a strength of over 6000 PSI.  These three parts include a matrix mix (early-strength concrete mixture), chemical bonding additive , and a stain sealer.  It is sealed and non-porous, resists chemicals and withstands freeze-thaw cycles as well as intense heat and ultraviolet rays.  Furthermore, it can easily be applied over such existing surfaces as concrete, aggregate, masonry, steel, asphalt, or foam.

So, how is permacrete prepared and applied?

First, pervious coatings of paint, glue, epoxy, or varnish are removed from the surface.  Next, the surface is thoroughly cleaned using high concentrate, cleaning compounds as necessary for the surface.  Cracks on the surface are then repaired before the colored texture coat is applied.  Once the texture coat is applied, the job is finished by applying coats of the stain sealer.
