HFBulifant & Sons, Inc. was founded in 1977 by its owner and former president, Henry F. Bulifant, IV. Henry Bulifant served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and is a graduate of the University of William and Mary. The company is now run by its current president Rick Bulifant and vice president Fletcher Bulifant. Rick Bulifant has worked for the company since its establishment in 1977 and continues to be in charge of job planning and estimates. We are a family owned company that has been in business for almost 30 years. Our family has experience in restoration and repair work that goes back five generations, which has given us expertise in disaster repair including (but not limited to) water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. Furthermore, our staff consists of some of the finest craftsmen in the area, some of which have worked with us for 10 to 20 years. We can restore damaged areas to their prior conditions whether it’s a small plaster repair job or a major fire loss. This is all done in the least amount of time and with the fewest amount of problems. Our team of estimators strives to give you prompt, itemized, and competitive estimates. We keep up to date with the latest products, repair methods, and technologies that may help to keep the claim to a minimum. In house, our company uses the latest versions of Xactimate as our primary estimating software. However, we have the ability to work with many insurance companies' formats or estimating software.
